Yorkshire creative, over 60 and a rebellious grandmother. I truly love my life, although that wasn't always the case. I turned rejection into motivation. You can do the same.

Under various pen names, I write in various niches. UK crime fiction, sweet to steamy romance and, more recently, MM gay fiction. My dystopian fiction has been on hold, but 2026 might be the year!

With a low boredom threshold and a squirrel brain, neuro-diverse, I indulge my love of books by having at least half a dozen books open for reading too. Hardback, paperback and yes, audio and ebooks are real books too. Any format, most genres, what a luxury!

My BA Hons in Literature, was hard-earned whilst bringing up my family as a single mum, and working full time. Yes, I'm still super proud of that.
